Free Product Reel Production Promo
Sine Haraya Advertising Corp.
World Bazaar Festival | December 14-16, 2025

This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the Terms and Conditions governing participation in the Free Product Reel Production Promo (“Promo”) organized by Sine Haraya Advertising Corp., hereinafter referred to as the “Company.” By signing up and participating in this Promo, the business entity or individual (“Client”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms:

Promo Overview

The Free Product Photography Promo is scheduled for December 14-16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, held during the World Bazaar Festival. There are 12 available slots per day on a first-come, first-served basis. Each slot is 30 minutes long, the Company will photograph a maximum of three (3) products per Client during this time, and deliver one (1) edited reel to the Client.

Creative Discretion

Clients may request specific shots or angles for their products; however, due to time and equipment limitations, the final decision on execution rests solely with the Company’s team. The Company reserves the right to modify or decline creative requests that may compromise quality, exceed the allotted session time, or are unfeasible within the existing setup.

By joining this promo and submitting your product/s for the free reel production session, you grant Sine Haraya Advertising Corporation full creative freedom to open, unseal, handle, style, plate, hold, move, spray, or otherwise prepare the items as needed for the shoot. You acknowledge that all actions taken are solely for the purpose of producing high-quality visual content.

Fees and Compensation

This Promo is completely free of charge. No payments, deposits, or hidden fees will be collected from the Client.

Product Donation

All product/s provided for the promo shall be considered a voluntary donation to the Sine Haraya production team. In exchange, Sine Haraya will provide:

  • A Google Review of your product/s, and

  • The agreed free professionally produced reel in accordance with the promo mechanics.

Because the products will be opened, styled, or consumed during the shoot, all submitted items are non-returnable.

Optional Gratuities

Should the Client wish to offer tips (monetary or in-kind) out of appreciation, such gratuities must be handed directly to Hannah or Chino Granda. All tips will be fairly disseminated among the production team, acknowledging the collaborative nature of the service.

Appreciation Items
While snacks, meals, or goodie bags are welcome, they are not required.

Client Obligations

As a form of non-monetary exchange for the free service, the Client agrees to:

  • Leave a review of Sine Haraya on both its Google Business Page and Facebook Page within 7 days after the shoot.

  • Follow Sine Haraya’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

  • Mention or tag Sine Haraya when posting the photos online, where applicable.

  • Accept the collaboration invitation when the photos are posted.

Failure to complete these acts of support may impact eligibility for future promotional offers.

Future Booking Privilege

Clients who participated in this Promo are entitled to a ₱10,000 discount on any of the Company’s regular photo or video services booked within the calendar year 2026. This discount is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and must be applied to a full package booking as listed in the Company’s official rate sheet.

Copyright and Usage License

All photos taken during the Promo remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Client is granted a Limited Commercial Use License, allowing them to:

  • Use the photos for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes on platforms owned or managed by the Client.

  • Add brand logos, captions, or overlays relevant to their business.

The Client may not resell, distribute, or grant usage rights to any third party without the Company’s express written consent. The Company retains the right to use all photos taken for its own promotional purposes, including portfolios, websites, social media, and advertising.

Limitations and Liability

This free Promo is a courtesy service and comes with no guarantee of specific outputs, usage rights beyond the stated license, or retouching services. The Company shall not be held liable for any lost opportunities, misinterpretations, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use or non-use of the photographs.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, technical failure, weather disturbances, illness, or emergencies.

Final Provisions

  • This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Client and the Company regarding the Promo.

  • Any updates or clarifications will be posted at the Sine Haraya booth and/or announced verbally before the session.

  • Participation in the Promo is deemed as agreement to all terms herein.
