Terms and Conditions

Sine Haraya Advertising Corp.
MAFBEX 2026 | June 10–14, 2026

This Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the Terms and Conditions governing participation in the MAFBEX 2026 Event Highlight Production Promo ("Promo") organized by Sine Haraya Advertising Corp., hereinafter referred to as the "Company." By booking and participating in this Promo, the business entity or individual ("Client") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Promo Inclusions

For ₱15,000, Sine Haraya Advertising Corp. will provide:

  • Coverage of your booth, products, team, and customer interactions during MAFBEX 2026

  • Cinematic filming of your participation and activities at the event

  • One (1) professionally edited highlight video approximately 60 seconds in length

  • Licensed background music

  • Copy of the raw footage featuring your booth and team only

2. Booking and Schedule

After registration, you may select your preferred shoot schedule through our online booking page.

Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure that your team, products, and key activities are ready during your selected schedule.

3. Creative Direction

Clients may suggest preferred shots or key subjects to feature. However, all filming, editing, music selection, and creative decisions remain under the discretion of Sine Haraya.

4. Payment

The Promo fee is ₱15,000 due immediately upon booking. A Service Invoice is available but a 12% VAT shall be added to the total fee.

Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Payments made under this Promo are non-refundable.

5. Delivery

The completed video will be delivered within 21 calendar days after MAFBEX 2026 through an online download link.

The Promo includes one (1) round of minor revisions, such as text corrections or logo replacements.

6. Raw Footage

Clients may request a copy of the raw footage featuring their own booth, products, and team.

Footage containing other exhibitors, attendees, or third parties may be removed or excluded at the discretion of Sine Haraya.

Project files, editing files, and licensed music files are not included.

7. Copyright and Usage

All footage and videos remain the intellectual property of Sine Haraya Advertising Corp.

Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered video and approved raw footage for their own marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes.

The Client may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or distribute the footage or video to third parties without written consent from Sine Haraya.

Sine Haraya reserves the right to use the footage and final video for its portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and promotional activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sine Haraya shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including venue restrictions, technical issues, illness, emergencies, or force majeure events.

9. Agreement

By proceeding with your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, power interruptions, equipment failure, illness, accidents, emergencies, acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Final Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company regarding this Promo and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.

The Company reserves the right to update or clarify these Terms and Conditions as necessary.

Participation in the Promo and completion of the registration process shall constitute acceptance of all terms contained herein.
